I am glad you exercised. I was so busy yesterday, that was not able to make sure you got your butt to the gym. Glad to hear you did.

Yes, I did. lol I went today as well. 50 mins of Cardio yesterday and 50 mins of Cardio and 30 mins of upper body weights today. :) Thanks for asking, I would have felt like an ass if I did not go and I was bugging you about going. So, we both have to go from now on. smile159.gif
