is that Mexican patio location ground level and near the beach location? I am wondering if it is close enough to walk onto the beach / if it is from a building?

It is not close to the beach no, its in the main building. But, its not like the beach is that far of a walk really. I guess it depends on who wants to do the walk, it might be far for some.
