Still Issues with PhotoSouvenir!!!

Oh geez. What a mess. I hope things work out, but trust me, I would contact some head honchos ASAP. We had some issues after our stay at our resort and we got such a run around. I kept hounding the resort and finally got the email of the GM. THankfully it got resolved but it took 2 weeks for even the GM to get back to me. Things really do run a tad slower.

I emailed the resort's GM last night on behalf of some of my Dream brides and he replied that as long as PS pays for the day-pass they are allowed on property to shoot weddings.

That is great news. I am wondering what happened with the wedding that they were supposed to do the other day. Hopefully Ladycheese hears back from Severine soon.

 

TA Dina - Maybe you should forward that email from them to Ladycheese and other Dreams brides that would like to use Photosouviner. The more they have to back up having them, the les chance of having problems!

Thank you for reminding me...Severine emailed me and she was able to photograph the wedding yesterday with no problems...she even sat down with the sales manager and he assured her there would be no issues. She gave me his email address so I can get something in writing from him for my peace of mind. I wouldn't mind if TA Dina would share her email as well with us Dreams bride. This was such a huge stress for me and hearing that there will be no problems is reassuring. yay!!

I am so glad to hear that everything went well for them. It sounds like everything has been worked out, but I think if it were me, I would still get it in writing jsut to play it safe.
