Dreams PV WC- Marilu

i had to go over marilu's head and email the GM and sales manager. she got back t me right away after that. i told her getting back to me was not enough and i needed her to be more complete with her answers. i think things my get better....at least for me.

It makes me feel better that she responded to you Tammy. Thanks for letting me know. I know I can trust your judgement. I'll just wait.. patiently... untill she responds to me. I emailed her yesterday just to follow-up.

is there any way that Amy can contact the GM to let him/her know about the problems she's having? i will say she was more complete with answers to me (not 100% sure that she knows i am the bride working w/Tammy), but her response time still leaves a little to be desired.

if I were doing this alone, w/o Tammy, I probably would have given up on Dreams altogether and gone somewhere else. and if I were the GM there, I'd want to know that they were losing business because of Marilu.

ahhh yes, but honestly if i knew that i could plan it all in the last month, and not "lose out" on something because i waited that long, i'd be ok with that. i'd just hate to say "i wish i would have done this eariler."

Tammy - I just PM'd you some questions - i started to post here, but realized it was a little off topic.

I guess my main issue is the cost. We are working with a strict budget and a a ton of guests. I need to know prices, etc. Plus, since I am already contacting other vendors I want to be sure that they will be allowed by Marilu. To be honest, I'm not asking to pick my arrangments or booking bands, the questions are more or less due to pricing per guests. She flip flops a lot on answers and like I said before, I just want a clear answer.

But I'm glad she's responding to you (Tammy and Ann). Like I said in my first post, I was getting more nervous reading your reactions to Marilu.

that's a good point. since i am only doing a dinner - not my whole wedding - i can be a little more flexible. i'd totally want detailed answers so i could plan accordingly - this is your main event!
