does anybody notice that you are more sensitive to salt and sugar?

i was trying to eat applesauce yesterday and it was just so sweet i had to stop eating it. then today i had a ham sandwich for lunch and it seemed soooo salty. whats the deal? anybody else feel like youre more sensitive to sugar/salt?

i haven't noticed a difference. but i've been trying to cutdown on my salt intake (i love salt) so i havent been using it as much.

I hardly never use salt. As for sugar I haven't really noticed.

I have been having a really hard time falling to sleep at night though. I think I am going to drink the tea about an hour before bed because I think it is having an adverse effect on me.
