Mojitos for the Cocktail Hour paired with?

I need help here, I want to have mojitos and beer for our cocktail hour wich is very short and we will be seating for dinner right after the legal ceremony, so we need something light to pair the drinks , what are you suggestions??

do you mean apps? I've always loved ceviche as a light app!

i vote for cacahuates japoneses con limon! but thats because i cant eat ceviche because i'm allergic. jose loves ceviche though! good suggestion amy!

How light? What about mini empanadas, or even chips with good guacamole?

one of my fave snacks too!!!!!! the only problem is that you cannot buy cacahuates japoneses con limon in the US you can order them from a website, but they are expensive. every time we go to mexico for vacation, we bring back like 10 bags of them and we eat them very sparingly haha

we buy the mafer brand! last time we were in mexico city for christmas, we went to 3 grocery stores and everybody was sold out of them, we were so sad.
