Printing boarding passes on laser printers

Hi ladies- don't know if anyone else has encountered this problem. I've recently started printing tests for my boarding pass invites, and have found that (after I print the 1st side) the bar code kindo of rubs off when I run it through for side 2. I'm using 110lb cardstock. To address it, I've started printing the 2nd page 1st, then page 1.

Has anyone else (who printed the invites themselves) encountered this? I didn't want to print it on an inkjet if I can avoid it. I just don't like the quality as well.

No I didnt have that problem. I used inkjet

Well I had mine printed at Fed Ex Kinkos for $.39 a page....I think. I'm so glad I did that. It came out so shiny and professional looking. Good Luck!

Are you printing on metallic paper? If it is laser it shouldn't be a problem. Maybe give it a day to dry in between.

are you selecting the correct type (weight) of paper before printing?
