My Hair Turned Orange!!!

OMG!!!!!!!! Shampoo and Conditioner does not turn your hair orange. I bet she is saying that the waxes from cheap shampoo prevent the hair from lifting all the way. It is true that brown goes to orange first. But a good stylist will notice wax buildup and put a clarifying shampoo on your hair. Now we are so past that because you dont want further damage.

You are NOT being a bridezilla. You are being a pissed off girl with every right to be.

And I cant believe how they are treating you!!! If you want to lighten your hair, some lifting of the color is involved, but to leave you looking orange and splotchyhuh.gif

I LOVE THE IDEA OF YOU GOING THERE TO HANG OUT FOR THE DAY. Clear your calendar and bring some coffee!

I'd do it too lol my aunt once sat outside a shop that had ripped her off and told everyone that went in not to, they sharp gave her her money back. I'd also say you're going to tell everyone including the papers.

You don't want to go back, so demand your cash and go somewhere else don't let them off.

Sarah, I'm so sorry to hear this happened to you. Have they fixed it yet? At this point, you might consider going to another salon to get it fixed. I know that really hurts from the financial point of view, not to mention just on principle, since they're the ones who made the mess in the first place. It sounds like they don't know what they're doing though! It might also make you feel better to go to another salon and tell all the stylists and their clientele what a bad job the other place did! Actually, I have an even better idea - call the first salon and tell them that's what you're going to do if they don't fix it right away. I'd also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and make sure to tell the salon that you're doing so, especially because of the shampoo and conditioner that they sold you...
