When my brother Ricky was born, my five other brothers at the time (there are more) were waiting for me afterschool to tell me. I was so upset at having another brother I walked back to school!

no he just took it to be funny. when he brought those pictures over at christmas, mom carried that one over the the crib picture that is hanging on the wall so they were side by side.

how big is your family?

so does the older kid think the little one will get all the attention? as a youngest kid I don't know what it's like.

There are ten of us! Though some are half and step siblings, just don't say that in front of any of us! I went from the oldest to number 6 (five older step siblings) and then four more younger brothers. I was more upset to get all brothers! As the girl ( I do have a sister but she has been estranged from the family for years) I have always gotten alot of attention from my parents.
Maybe it just seems like more attention to an older kid becuase babies need so much more?

Wow! That's a lot of brothers. I just have the 1 brother.
