Easy Easy Cookie

This is such a simple recipie that i tried last night:

1 pkg. Devils food cake mix (2layer size)..most are

4 oz. Cream cheese softened

1/2 c. Peanut Butter

1 egg

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees

In a large bowl, put ingredients in and mix with electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes, then medium speed for another 2 mintues.

Take mixture and shape into 1-2 inch balls (i made mine fairly big)

flatten each ball on your cookie sheet, using a fork in a criss cross pattern.

Bake for 8-9 minutes (mine baked closer to 9 maybe even 10) until edges are set.

SO YUMMY & perfect for a chocolate craving!

Those sound very yummy and nice and easy too! I dont think I want to know the calorie count, wonder if you can use low fat cream cheese to help a little bit. Thank you for sharing.
