Wohooo Good job!! I'll have to motivate myself to go to the gym tonight too, maybe go on the bike or eliptical for a bit and then do some abs and wheights. Does anyone know how to get rid of the "points of fat" on the side of the thighs? I know lunges and all that, but I have this one area that I just have no idea how to target specifically sad.gifsmile35.gif

I feel great. My girls are VERY sore too. I'm wearing a tank with built in bra 24 hours a day. They HURT!! I was nauses a little on Sat., but other than that I am good!

Ya sorry for the threadjack, but I just have to tell you that I read in a magazine if you are prego, you should keep your heart rate under 140. I think that after my first trimester I will get back in but just walk, no running.
