Same story here in PA. I sent Chandlyn the certified copy I had ordered (with raised seal), she received it and said it was acceptable.

I emailed the Riu yesterday reagrding how many days that I had to be there ahead of the ceremony, because I would be arriving on Dec.28 and the wedding would be on Dec.30, and she said that was perfectly fine, that they really only needed one day?
