hehehe, I knew you'd go check. :)

sorry ladies, believe me, i can be ALL about the gossip- there were two people involved in the issue I mentioned... and while the one I tried to thieve from was a bitch (whom I hope rots in hell for being such a "baby jane" type), the other person involved is one of my favorite people on the forum, so I'm inclined to keep tight-lipped on this one for her sake---- sorry, it's not my story to tell for this one....

The forum gnomes gave you karma for avoiding the temptation to be a gossip.

Sometimes I wonder if Tammy gives us karma when she feels like it & then laughs about how much it confuses us. She has a huge switch board in her house with all our names. There are big levers she pulls to add karma to our profiles.

The luckless 28 year-old's dreams of giving his sweetheart, Leanne, 26, the ultimate proposal have literally vanished into thin air. Hajji, of Hackney, east London, had concealed a $12,000 engagement ring inside a helium balloon. The idea was that she would pop the balloon as he popped the question.

But as he left the shop, a gust of wind pulled the balloon from his hand and he watched the ring -- and quite possibly the affections of his girlfriend -- sailing away over the rooftops.

"I couldn't believe it," he told The Sun newspaper. "I just watched as it went further and further into the air. "I felt like such a plonker. It cost a fortune and I knew my girlfriend would kill me."

Hajji spent two hours in his car trying to chase and find the balloon, without success.

"I thought I would give Leanne a pin so I could literally pop the question," he said. "But I had to tell her the story -- she went absolutely mad. Now she is refusing to speak to me until I get her a new ring."

He is hoping the ring will still turn up. "It would be amazing if someone found it," he added.
I just became curious why a London paper would give a price in dollars. So I looked up the story & it said 6000 pounds. To a person in London who gets their salary in pounds, isn't a ring that costs 6000 pounds more like a $6,000 ring? It would just cost us $12,000 because of the exchange rate for the dollar.

vbplaza menu--> main--> most sold-->theif

Almost all the theifing was done as a joke or to see what it does.
