I am a newbie and glad to be here. Although this site is way overwhelming! I was referred by Sol Tamargo hopefully my wedding photographer. She only books 1 year out and I'm in April 2009. Any advice on Barcelohuh.gif

My Fiance is Spencer

We are getting married on April 18, 2009

Welcome! and happy planning! there is lots to look at on here but once you get the hang of it you'll be addicted like me (i should be doing work right now :S )lol!

Welcome elefant.gif. The site can be a little overwhelming, but once you get the hang of it, you'll love how much info, idea's and support is here.

 

I dont know anything about your location but there are tons of girls (and guys) here that can help.

Hello and welcome.

If you want Sol to take the pictures of you ceremony and the reception you may want to check out a different resort. Barcelo is absolutely beautiful but they don't allow outside vendors. So all the brides who were getting married at Barcelo and having non-resort photographers (which i would highly recommend getting to begin with) were taken by their photographers outside of the resort to take pics. So it is inconvenient, and you won't have professional pictures of the ceremony and the reception but it's a trade off for the excellent wedding coordinator, the service and absolutely amazing grounds....

as long as you bring a photographer as a guest, with a tourist visa, it should be ok.
