I can't take credit for that. I've seen several people on the forum do it. I do really like the idea. I want our family & friends from different states to all get to know each other. It makes it easier to know a little about someone first. Or to atleast be able to keep names straight.

What is the pink chart on the side?? I thought it was when everyone was flying there...is it when everyone is staying?

 

What are you going to put in about your guests? I have been playing with this myself. Just their names? Or a brief paragraph about each person..like their jobs, etc.

It is when they are flying in. Then the symbol on friday is a fish or mayan bird. It's if they are going fishing or to the coba ruins. OUr wedding day is darker pink.

The paragraph will be jobs, where they live, how we know them.
