They aren't from OTC. They are from asianideas.com. But they were distributed by OTC. So I'm not sure if that means OTC is fast. I'm sure someone on the forum can tell you how fast they are.

ha ha! If I couldn't find a mix of colors, I was likely to spray paint the natural ones. Luckily I found a mix of colors that was a price I couldn't beat even if I wove them myself. I will be attaching a program to them later so it's sort of a DIY project.
