WW for 2008 Brides

I always get mad at myself for eating out all the time - but then when I really think about it I am not doing that bad - as long as you are working out some don't worry - and the best thing about WW is you can start over anytime!

On a side note I broke my scale - I don't know whether to laugh or cry!! It was old anyways. LOL!

I bite the bullet and went back to WW last night.

I am so happy that I did, cause I've gained 20 pounds since September. That is just disgusting.

I am pumped up and ready to go.

I was just on the WW site and they have some great recipes for Superbowl...check them out!

Hi, Girls!

I am new to the weight watchers stuff. I don't start my meetings until next week, but I have my points and everything and am already trying to do it. The only issue I'm having is that I feel like I'm starving!

I work out (pretty intensely) 4-5 days a week. I've already lost 1.5lbs this week - which is great, but I'm HUNGRY! Does that lessen as time goes on?

Also, wanted to make you girls aware of a great site that my co-worker passed on to me --> Dotti's Weight Loss Zone - Food Lists, Menus & More

It is called Dotti's Weight Loss Zone - she has tons of point info for a lot of different restaurants.

I'm not doing WW ... but I am working out with a trainer 2x/week, doing cardio for 45 min (minimum) 3x/wk and an occassional spin class now that I have worked up my endurance.

I am already seeing a huge difference in how my clothes fit and can tell my fat is transforming into muscle. I'm guessing by this time next month I'll actually see the pounds melting off the scale. I am not really doing much different eating wise other than eating fruit and granola for breakfast (I used to skip b-fast) and trying to eat healthier overall (although I am a pasta FREAK!!!).

yes, you're body will adjust to eating less and you'll start to feel full from your daily points allowance. also, if you're working out you'll earn extra points...they'll tell you all about it at your meeting or you can ask your leader

good luck!
