3 bed/3 bath villa for rent for $250-350/night

I came across this posting on Craigslist and thought it may be a really good option for a group of family members or friends who are on a budget. The houses in this community are suppose to be quite nice - we actually toured one on a House Hunters episode. There's a private beach attached to the community. Check out these links:

Anyway it says that the house can sleep 9 so this could be a GREAT option for a group of 3 or more friends. Like for my date (june) it would be only $83/per night per person and they get their own bedroom and a whole house.

Kash I love these! I originally wanted to rent a larger one of these and just my wedding on the grounds but then all my friends convinced me that an AI would be better. But I still wish I would have gotten one of these.

that is a great deal...originally we looked into getting a giant villa BUT our numbers grew too big

I thought about that idea, I think it would be great for the families to mingle and enjoy each other. Great find...and the cost is amazing!

I'm doing the same thing!! But not in that community (good thing cause its the same week!!)..perhaps we'll pass eachother at cabowabo! )
