Secrets Excellence Punta Cana (AI)

Wow! Tammy those pictures are excellent! I went to Punta Cana last August and stayed at the RIU Palace Punta Cana. We had the most wonderful time. I do have pictures... (there is a really pretty gazebo) Maybe some know more than me, but there are 5 RIU hotels all next too each other, so guest can probably stay at the resorts depending on their budget, and you pay about 35-50 dollars I think to come to the wedding on the property you are staying at...

Tammy not only will you be my DW TA but you are going to become my permanent TA b/c I plan to travel the world and you are going to have to book me a trip here b/c I want to go!!!!

I love the location of the gazebo by the beach with palm trees surrounding it.

 

I have 100 % decided on my wedding location yet but Excellence is my top choice.

Yes, their gazebo looks beautiful. You might want to check out Paradisus Palma Real in Punta Cana as well b/c their gazebo is also really nice (at least in pics ... I won't know for sure until we get there for our honeymoon). They are in the same price range.

We had a tough time deciding between Excellence or PPR for our HM.

I am trying to decide if Excellence is right for me. I have a question, do you know if the per person price (after the 20 included in the package) includes alcohol?? What areas are best for larger groups for a private reception? Do you have any pics?

The Excellence is a super nice resort. Becca & I went there last year for our 25 anniversary and had a blast. We didnt do much with the weddings there as we were trying to lay low but I did snap a few shots of the flowers and a bride on her way to the Gazebo. Here are some shots we took while there. We were just sitting there having a drink and this lovely brides wedding started right in front of us. I couldnt resist and took a shot of her getting it all together and then the next shot shows her on the way to the gazebo. The resorts approach to the gazebo is really nice and you should be able to get some awesome photos.
