Yep that's them .... I think they may say swiss on them, but it's not really your typical swiss cheese ... more like cream cheese. They're great on melba toast or other crackers! I think they can live w/o a fridge long enough to be eaten by lunchtime if you take them to school if you have an insulated lunchbox! :)

I am starting WW in Jan it is so hard to do it during the holidays. I would like to lose roughly 50 pounds. I am going to start going to the gym 3 times a week at first and doing ww fully. I am hoping that this will work for me. I have done it in the past and lost weight.

  • 4 weeks later...

Hi there,

I just saw this forum. i'm new to this board, but I joined weight watchers last year and lost weight with no exercise, but managed to gain it all back over the summer.

NOw, I'm getting married in June, so I'm back on in full force. I lost a pound this week. Not much, but it's something. I've only done it online, but I am going to the gym faithfully. I have been for awhile now, but I think my metabolism has slowed down big time. It's that age thing. Anyway, good luck everyone. It works, and am positive to know it will work for me to look my bewst in JUne.

Cheers!

stephanie

omg betsy, you have no idea how happy i am after hearing that. hahaha

i had dinner with my bdw twin tonight and we were both so good and had salad and one glass of wine! as soon as i get set up with my points hopefully i can stick to it. i lost 25 pounds last spring working out with a trainer twice a week, but it got too expensive to keep doing. now i only see him once a week, and i know i slack so much more because of that. hopefully the ww will help me, because i gained 10 pounds back when i moved in with my FI this summer.

I have been at a conference all week, an am feeling pretty down about my weight thing. First, I lost a pound last week, and I felt good about it, but being gone this week and eating out everyday and having dessert put down in front of me was too much. I just love food, and it's so hard for me to say no. I'm considering getting a personal trainer because my workouts don't seem to be helping at all. It's like my metabolism has completely shut down, and it's so depressing.

Back home now, and I know the upcoming weeks will be better. I have not trips planned, so that's a good thing.

I"m afraid to weigh in this week because of all the food the past three days. I guess that's why meetings are such a positive thing.
