STD wording to "encourage" guests to book a.s.a.p.?

Natalie - would you consider using your "guest control" tactics on my guests?? Less than 3 months to go & approximately 4 reservations have been made out of a potential 22 couples grrrrrrrr

we sent out our STD's exactly 1 year before the date of Sept. 1st, 07. We were able to tour the ERC and going to Occidental Aruba for a site inspection Jan. 25th. When we return, we'll send out a reminder including destination, travel agent info., passport info. etc. Out of about 40 couples, we already have about 20 that are committed. My HTB sais it's our day don't worry about others. I wish I new how to set up a web-site, That sounds like a great idea.
