How long did/are you going to RM for?

If you are taking a separate honeymoon elsewhere from Riviera Maya, how much time are you spending (or did you spend) down in Riviera Maya for your wedding?

And then how much time are you spending on your honeymoon and are you going right away?

We were there for 8 days - wedding and honeymoon together.

We are staying 7 days. I'd rather take another vacation later than 2 back to back. Usually after 7 days away I'm ready to get back to my normal life & look at my pictures.

we were there 10 days total... we got there sunday, our welcome dinner was thursday, our wedding was friday, and we flew back to snowy nyc on tuesday... we spent the first two days finalizing everything for our welcome dinner and wedding... the morning after we arrived, we met up with our WC, photographer, videographer, dj, guitarist, and florist... and on tuesday afternoon we did our dinner tasting at the Al cielo...

i would have loved to stay another week after our wedding, but jeff was already dying to get back home the day after our wedding...

We are going to do eight nights. Arrive Tuesday, so that we can be sure to be there for the blood test on Wednesday morning to make it a legal ceremony on Saturday. Then we leave on Wednesday.

I would have like to spent a few days at another resort but I'm in grad school plus working full time and FI is a chef so taking the extra time is hard. But we're dreaming of a honeymoon all alone in Italy later in the year.

we're spendin 7 days in RM... arriving on Tuesday with a Friday wedding. then we leave right from there for our honeymoon. we'll be gone 2 weeks total.

We're doing 8 nights. We were planning 7 but we agreed to throw in the extra day after sitting around talking about how this might be the last trip we take alone for a long, long time. lol
