so I watched it, are we all ready to talk about it.

I have to say that I was beginning to hate Victor's character and even though that was pretty dramatic, I wasn't sad to see it happen.

As for Lynette's family, I don't think they would do that to her character, she's already been through so much.

Umm why wasn't Susan worried about her daughter during the tornado, I know they were at the hospital, but what about Julie?

I have a feeling we won't see what happens for a really long time, it sucks that so much has been left up in the air, but hopefully the people who make the contracts will get their heads out of their rear ends and quit being cheap with the writers!

Thatâ€s one less strike to worry about.

The Writers Guild of America, East announced Thursday it had reached a tentative labor agreement with ABC News on behalf of 250 news writers, editors and other staff members in the news divisionâ€s New York and Washington offices who have been working without a contract for almost three years.

The two-year contract, which will be voted on by the guild members Dec. 13, grants the employees 3.5% annual raises, along with a onetime $3,700 payment to settle outstanding National Labor Relations Board charges brought against ABC by the union. . The union agreed to a reduction in payments for network radio employees and other adjustments.

“Weâ€re pleased to secure, finally, a fair contract for our members,†Mona Mangan, executive director of the Writers Guild of America, East, said in a statement. We expect the membership to ratify this contract, and we can now continue our work of delivering quality news to the public.â€

In a separate statement, ABC said it was “pleased, after three long years of negotiation, to be able to make a deal. We value our WGA-represented employees, and we look forward to a positive ratification vote that will allow both sides to put this behind them."

Earlier this month, CBS News employees working under a WGA agreement voted to authorize a strike after negotiations broke down between the network and the union. It remains to be seen whether the guild will call for a labor stoppage.

So, when that picket fence piece went thru Victor I was pretty shocked!! I asked my hubby if that could really happen, and he was like "oh, definitely!" Wow, what a brutal way to go.

I thought Susan's daughter was off on a trip some where, I can't remember exactly where though.

The whole off shore bank account paperwork thing between Edie & Gabrielle was hilarious.

Drea that is such great news! I am hoping for a new episode soon...Christa I didn't remember that about Julie, but that's possible. I thought the girl fight was hilarious and then they were holding each other during the tornado...funny.

Yup, Julie was away at some school trip with the new neighbor's daughter.

As for the wood fence, it was really funny because while they were fighting on the ground Shawn turned to me and said "that fence would go through them like butter, they better get out of there!" And then WHAM! So funny!
