Hey RIU brides

I belong to another forum on DW wedding (however I only read the emails that I get in my personal email and hardly ever login because I'm always here) anyway.. Some just posted a review of RIU from their Dec. 1st wedding.

I just got married on December 1st, 2006 at the Riu in Cabo.

Everything went perfect. Please don't worry about things before you

get there. Once you get there everything will be taken care of. We

could not have asked for a better day. The wedding coordinator was on

top of everything. We had 40 people with us and everyone thought

everything was perfect. We got married in the Gazebo. One thing I

would not recommend is getting married on the beach. We saw about 4

weddings when we were there and a lot got married on the beach but...

the vendors were all in the background.. therefore all your pictures

would have vendors in the background. You can however request to get

married a little farther down so the vendors are not in the

background. If you have any questions or would like to see pictures

please feel free to e-mail me. One last note....the only thing I

didn't like was the wedding cake...but that was not a big deal for

me. The cake was not that important to me but for those of you who it

is I would try and find a local bakery to get your cake made.
