website questions...

what did you use to build your website? (and would you post a link for me to peek?)

FI and I are not big fans of things like weddingannouncer pages. We're thinking about using iweb and hosting at godaddy or something like that. We want to maybe add video at some point, or music, and the simple free pages dont give many options for that kind of stuff it seems. Any ideas?

Another option is Microsoft Live. While I'm not the biggest fan of MS, they let you create and register a site name, use a very simple interface for website creation, and have a number of pre-loaded images, color themes, fonts, etc. that you can use. (I started out using it, but realized that my needs exceeded what they were able to do for me, especially since I was hoping to use the same domain name for my professional site when all wedding stuff is behind us. But for a wedding-only site, it should work quite well.)

Best of all: It's free. Totally, completely free.

we are using wedding window too. I love it, its so simple to use!

I used mywedding.com . It's free, the down side is that it doesn't have a lot of customized options. But, it's easy to use and it works for us. The link is at the bottom of my siggy. Feel free to check it out!
