Wedding fees

I have the Royal wedding package at the Riu and that includes all legal fees and the priest. But what if you had the free package? How much are the "legal" fees and the cost of the minister? I am actually trying to figure out if cost of the royal package is actually worth 750.00?

I just checked the RIU website and I went to the weddings section and acted like I was booking a date and chose "Free Wedding 2008". This is what came up on the page that you can choose additional options (flowers, music, etc):

But, then I just went back and read this: * MINISTER, PRIEST OR JUDGE SERVICE, LEGAL DOCUMENTATION & FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED. So, I have no idea what the $250 is for!

in their online brochure (http://www.weddingsbyriu.com/doc/free_jamaica07.pdf), it says legal documentation & fees are:

 

Civil Ceremony: US $200

Religious Ceremony: US $150

Renewal or Symbolic: US $150

Chandayln told me it would be a $250 fee for a minister or a judge with the free package. My wedding is in 2008, so it may be less for you.

the info I got was from their 07 brochure; sorry should've specified that! 08 isn't up online.

Thanks I was on the Riu site and I didnt see that either. So, 200.00 for the fees, 150.00 for the photographer, and then 8 pictures is maybe 100.00 = 450.00 what are we getting for the extra 325.00? Breakfast in bed? lol

I am getting the "Free Wedding" package and then just adding stuff on. The stuff that they're offering in the upgraded packages (natural body exfoliation, breakfast in bed, etc) doesn't really interest me.

It doesnt interest me for 325.00 either. I wonder if I can change my mind when I get down there If I dont get that "free upgrade"?
