Boo...that's kinda lame lol. Speaking of lame...is it true that they don't play music by the pool area? Darnit, the Royal is so amazing, I just wish they would do those extra things that you would expect from a 5 star like heating the pool in the fall/winter and keeping bars open later. Secrets Capri didnt heat their pool either and it was brrrr super cold in October

I now it does kind of suck that the bars don't stay open late. I mean even till 2am. And ya the not heating of the pool is a bummer. I totally agree you would think that a 5 start hotel would do these things.

Msglave - Sorry we went down I was not looking for center pieces but I don't remember really seeing anything. Although I love what kendra did and the walmart and mega super store would probably have everything that you need if you did not want to lug everything down with you.

Oh ya def! and I am not sure what day your wedding is on but on Fridays the Blue parrot which is just a short walk from the resort has a fire dance show at 11 , 11:30pm and they stay open late. Especially if you go with a big group they usually will give you great prices on the drinks.

don't worry, it's one of those places that you kind of have to look out for because it's not right on 5th ave.

if you walk down 5th Avenue from the hotel (towards the ferry terminal) and turn left, going towards the water at Calle 10 or 12, you should find it.

Here's a map, hope it helps!
