I always plan out 4-5 meals for the week and we eat out on the weekend and go grocery shopping on Sundays. I make an effort not to make same meals all the times. I like variety.

 

I use Spark Recipes a lot because they are healthy fixes.

 

I made this yesterday and it was so good! No creamy stuff. Served with brown rice.

We make this and it's really yummy: Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue Recipe - Allrecipes.com. I do the chicken on high for 3 hours, shred it, and then on low for 1 hour. You can use whatever flavor of BBQ sauce you feel like. Sometimes I throw in some diced onion.

 

Here's another one of our favs: Habanero Pepper Cream Pasta Recipe - Allrecipes.com. I use fresh habanero instead of dried.
