Invitation Opinions - NEED HELP ASAP!!!

As some of you know, we are doing a bon voyage party instead of a AHR (FI calls it the adios party). We are having a casual party of cocktails and mexican finger food and at the party we will have one of our friends who is a notary legally marry us - no big ceremony, just a moment where we sign papers and kiss. Do you think the wording on the invites (shown below) sound good? I dont want people coming to the bon voyage thinking I am gonna be walking down an aisle etc. Looking forward to your opinions. I am ordering them today. :)

1st, we are getting married on the same day. I just realised that. Yay.

2nd, I love love love this idea, how cute, I kinda wish I had thought of it. I think its probably too late now though.

I think the invitations are perfect. They are fun and casual, and I think people understand that its just a "celebration" and not a wedding.
