Need some advice

So we had about 5 resorts that we narrowed down..and finally narrowed it down to the one we loved the most. Only now it's been a week and I still haven't heard from the wedding coordinator. I've tried several different email addresses, even brides that are getting married there have given me the the email they use. Ok so it only has been about a week but I've heard from the coordinators at the other resorts..just of course not the one we want! So my question is..would this be a reason to start all over and find another resort..or should I give it a little more time ? We need the wedding date before we can book out stay I just want to get things going!

i would maybe send a follow up email to the address' you have and give it alittle more time.. alot of these resorts especially this time of year are so packed with weddings that the turn around time for them to reply to emails can be frustrating.. i look at it like im hoping it takes so long bc they pay attention to every detail of the wedding they are handling and cant always resond quickly to upcoming wedding questions, so i hope when mine comes they will do the same. thats just my opinion tho!

yea, give it a couple days and my best advice is to stalk them lol, especially seeing how ur wedding isn't this year they may be putting you on the back burner for the weddings that are coming up. Don't let them do that to you... lol

I would give them some time. The resorts will prioritize their emails by whose wedding is first and they probably have a lot of weddings going on right now. If you don’t hear from them soon I would send another email. I know my WC sometimes take a while to get back to me but if I don’t hear from him in a week he always sends me an email letting me he will get back to me, or if he knows he won’t be able to respond right away he will send an email to just let me know he will respond as soon as he can.

Well she sent me an email yesterday saying that she responded to me 3 times and to let me know if I didn't get her emails (which I didn't ..I check my spam mail as well ) that she would forward me whatever she sent. So I asked her to kindly forward since I didnt get the emails...now I'm waiting for her to forward everthing LOL what a process!
