I hope this is under the right section?! lol

 

I wondered is it ok to send "Save the date" intives to guests coming to my wedding? i really want to and i think it'll be a nice keep safe for those coming along...what do you think? angel1.gif

i think it is a wonderful idea you will have so much fun seeing what the girls have done on here..... i do not know how to copy and paste a thread im sure one of the girls acn do it for you also if you go to the search up at the top and type save the date the threads will pop up.....good luck......

Of course you can send Save the Dates! They are really fun and less formal than the actual invites, and it allows for guests to save up and get excited for your wedding!

I'm working on mine as we speak. It will be a card with a magnet attached. We get our pictures taken on Saturday at the beach! Hopefully the weather will be nice...

Oh and I plan to send them a year before our wedding.

Question (don't mean to hijack here but), how early do people normally send out the actual invite for a DW?

we sent STD's out in May for our April wedding. We will be sending out our invitations in September asking for RSVP by November...sounds kinda early but we have a procrastination-based family and need to get them moving!!!!!!! Plus, we want to get this all done BEFORE the holidays!
