trust me Amy it didn't hurt my dress at all....I also think it depends on the dress. My dress had no lace and such so the water and sand didn't hurt it...it actually cleaned it :)

I've booked my photog and we have a day-after photo session, which we'll use for our TTD session. I will probably buy another dress (Target or JC Penney onlibe bridal shop --like $99). I'd use mine, but Mom is being "Momzilla" about that ... so it's just easier to buy another. :-)
