One more thing to stress about...

.. So three of my fathers cousins (who responded no) decided a month before the wedding that they would like to come... this would be fine if i didnt specifically wait until after i got all my rsvps so I can start making purchases for the OOT bags.. now i am 1 OOT actual bag short so i am giving my sister (MOH) a completely different bag then everyone else.. i guess ill just say its bc she was the MOH... i went around buying the exact amount of everything i needed for inside the bag and now i need to pray that i can find the same stuff.. i had extra spanish/ english dictionaries and extra suduoko and word activity books that i sold on this site bc i thought i didnt need them.. so now i need to figure out what I am going to do about that bc the store no longer sells them!!!! Augghhhhhh i was hoping i could have some more stress added to my life one month before my freakin wedding!!!

That does suck! Do what you can - they should just appreciate even getting one, since they responded no in the first place!

 

I plan on buying a few extra of each item in case the same thing happens.

i would def recommend that.. i have 1 each of everything extra.. i figured just in case but i didnt think we would have 3 people extra...

Yikes! That's a bit harsh!! Maybe they came by some extra money in their budget and decided they could make it after all. They're still spending big $$$ to attend the wedding, maybe THAT should be appreciated!!

I don't really think that guests compare notes on everything they got in their OOT bags, so if there were some different things in either the last-minute guests, or in your MOH's, I don't think it's that big of a deal... and definitely not worth stressing over. Added stress is the last thing you need this close to your wedding. Send FH out with a list of things to get, and stop worrying about it.

yea dont get me wrong I am super appreciative that they are coming i totally get that they are spending alot of their hard earned money to spend.. im not annoyed at all they are coming just stressed about finding everything to put in the bags..

Just do what you can im sure they will be happy with what they get.I doubt they will expect anything at all

Just remember you booked this destination wedding to have a stress free advent.

Do you have bags for couples that they can share or the other thing is talk to your parents & FI's parents & see if they are ok with you sharing their bags.

I wouldn't worry too much about something like that. I'd just go and grab stuff locally for the same value. Don't worry that it won't be exactly the same as everyone else. You're the only one that will even notice!
