Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred

How's it going ladies?? Any other success stories out there?

I haven't "shredded" in about a month, I got back into running

Just finished day two of Level 1.... yikes! The skipping killed my calves! They feel like they are on fire! The lunges KILL me...

OK ladies I have had this DVD for over a year and it is still in the plastic wrap and dusty on the DVD shelf. After reading the tread and deciding that for health and wedding reasons (only 8 months away and on a beach no less) I need to get my butt in gear!!! I have some major pounds to drop. AND I bought my dress a size too small on purpose.

Tomorrow morning, level 1 and I have a date! Wish me luck and I WILL be reporting in tomorrow. I need you all to keep me motivated and on track. Please help.

You can do it!!! Stick with it and it will all be worth it... Another little tip, by stock in tylenol LOL You're gonna need a lot of it!

I've never even thought of getting this DVD...just ordered it though I have a little under 2 months so better get moving... such a procrastinator on this whole thing
