MY DRESS IS READY! I just got the email from gianinarbridal this morning.

Here's the pics. Not sure if you can tell, but I had them make the gems with blue to tie in my colours for the wedding Its a Sophia Tolli "Anne" knock-off

Here fishie.... amazing dress. Very nice touch with the blue beading! Ladies... I did it... I took the plunge! I sent the deposit for my TTD dress today. Knock off Amy Michelson and I swear I asked questions for about a month before I sent it in. Gianinar is who I chose. I'll keep everyone posted!

So I finally got my pictures from Duosheng... and I think I will have to wait until I get the dress before I know if I am happy or not!

The thing that concerns me the most is the size of it! I am a size 16 and this dress looks TINY! I have asked her to confirm the measurements for me, and remeasure the dress, and those were all right - but tell me if you think I am crazy - but that is NOT a 105.5cm waist and 135cm hips! But she assures me that it is, so I guess I will just have to wait...

The original is definately not as floral, but I don't mind that... The original is VERY sparkly tho, and this one does not look sparkly - but I guess thats nothing some swarovski crystals and a needle and thread cant fix! What do you ladies think?

My amazing shoes are another story! I wanted something a bit different for my shoes, in the colours of my bridesmaid dresses, but with only a little heel so I drew this using paint:

I got an email from gianinarbridal today and I couldnt believe what pictures they sent me... my dress was totally unfinished and all the details (beading, etc.) I requested are missing... I wrote back and asked them to change so many things... but now I am really scared that I have to go to a bridal store to buy my dress... its gonna be my main dress, not my TTD and I dont want it to look crappy... what do you girls think of that:

did you get your dress yet? we ordered almost at the same time and I didnt even get any proof pics yet. maybe because I told them that my wedding date is in december.

my dress is sitting at my condo right now waiting for me to get home from work!!!! It's driving me crazy and this day seems to be going soooooo slow!!!!

I'll let you all know what I think as soon as I rip into the package!
