Have you exercised today?

Forgot to mention I had a 45-minute total body workout at lunch yesterday and hopefully that burned off the bad carbs from Wednesday.

Monday, I will start walking and keeping a better grip on my calorie intake.
I have about four months left, and I want my dress to be able to be 'taken in' when it arrives :)

Im gonna get one of those weight loss tickers for my siggy!

My FI is doing P90X and he is looking GOOOOD!!!!


Hopefully my doc will give me clearance for bikram yoga. Its a healing yoga afterall, and she does it too!
