Here are the flower options I have received from Yamina... I only know of the cake flavors I haven't seen any pictures yet. They are: vanilla, vanilla filled with chocolate mousse, vanilla filled with natural fruit (the fruit of your preference), cheesecake, carrot cake, chocolate. Hope this helps!

Hi Ladies!!

I am a newbie and I've been reading this entire thread because I'm still in the process of finding the hotel for my wedding. But I am now leaning towards EPM after reading all your posts. I am also looking at Excellence Riviera Cancun since that is further away from the Cancun and I prefer more intimate relaxed, but EPM seems to have better outdoor areas for the wedding such as X-lounge and the restaurants. I am an ultimate indecisive person, and there are so many resorts to choose from. I will keep reading your posts and since I don't have enough posts, I might ask you individually to send me the attachments you posted here, just a heads-up Anyway thank you so much for the helpful info, I really appreciate it!!! Caroline 0227 thanks so much for posting cake flavors. I am definitely getting cake 10 for those of you who have the cake option pdf. I will ask Yamina if that will come with three layers as the picture shows, but does anyone have any filling suggestions for the layers? Is it better to choose 1 filling or different fillings each layer. I have not had wedding cake in awhile so I don't know what I want, but I do want fresh fruit (fresh strawberries sounds great). HELP please

I think any fruit option (like strawberries or raspberries) with cream cheese frosting would be delicious!

Hey site visitors and past brides...what was the dress code like for dinner? From what I have read on the website..looks like men have to wear slacks, is that true..I want to prepare my guest...THANKS

thope - it depends ont he restaurant. I think it says on the website if they are casual elegance or casual. I know there were a couple that were casual b/c my hubby wore shorts, but then others were fancier.

We have been to EPM and EPC many times. I find the men 95% wear slacks in the evening. The really only controversial thing is sandals or not. My FI has worn nice ones and not had an issue. If you were eating at the Chez Isabelle though I would not recommend sandals at all.
