if guest 1 wants chicken then i mark his placecard as blue for chicken? mark guest 2's placecard red for fish?

Does anybody know if the centerpieces provided by the resort is included in the private reception "package" or do you have to pay extra? Im trying to decide whether to bring my own. I guess I don't want to pay for something that I don't really like but if its free. . .

Does anyone know how they decorate the gazebo for the ceremony? I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it to pay for extra decorations.

Thought of a few more questions.. Is there an extra fee for the marriage license? I didn't see that on the checklist. Do we have to choose one of the packages or if we want to do everything individually can we do that?
