I am in the same boat with you. I have had my April 2010 booked for months along with the 20 and still increasing number of guests booked. It is shocking how little the WC seems to even want to speak to me. I agree that it's very frustrating. It has taken more time trying to communicate with her than pretty much anything else. I have never spoken with Claudia although I have heard great thigns about her. I always end up talking to Cecilia. Anyone else know who that is

 

I don't have advice for you but I can tell you that all the reviews and blogs I have read say that once you get down there the team is very helpful. I am just trusting the other brides I figure that's the safest bet ;-)

Hi Danielle! Welcome to the forum! I agree with Becks.....I was having problems getting in touch with the wedding coordinator at the hotel and decided to go through a travel agent to get my date secured and booked. Good luck with your planning!

That would be great to meet for drinks. I can't believe how fast time has flown by. I still have to pick out my flowers! Do you have all your planning done?

I wish I had it all done...I'm getting there but feel like it is creeping up so quickly. It will be here before you know it. I told the girls in the June 2010 Brides thread that I would get some pre-planning thread pics posted for them as they really want to see some of the projects I have been working on. Make sure you check out that thread as well.

How are your plans going? Overwhelmed yet? I know I feel overwhelmed all the time. My biggest concern right now is getting everything down there
