Mayan Hospitality has beautiful lounge furniture. There are expensive compared to the Royal for this but their set up is amazing. Here is their email address.

I think we have become a little jaded because they have pretty much been terrible to all of us and we are letting it slide too much. I wonder what (if anything) Real Resorts would do if given the link to this thread?

Hi ladies just chiming in here on the usual craziness here. This has gotten far beyond ridic. I finally got my contract today after 3 months!!!!!! I have dealt with Doreen, Angie, than Carole. Even Zulma does not get back to me in a timely fashion uless I CC my TA on all the e-mails I send. And still on the contract they did not put be thethat we are locked in for the $100 vendor fee that is not wayyyy more. Uggghhhh. Which I can't belive I have to pay considering my photog is only going to be there for the ceremony and cocktail hour. I think you guys are all right they just cant handle all these people. So what to do? Get everything in writing, everything!! and bring it with you in a binder. I even created a folder on my personal e-mail account with everthing in case I have to access it while down there. We can't let this bs ruin our big days. It's still brides vs royal here and I am determined to win.

I spoke to Suzanna last Wednesday who said she was getting my wedding contract in the mail the next day because they messed un back the middle of January when I called. And I'm still yet to recieve it. Also, I just e-mailed Suzanna and got a reply message that the DELIVERY FAILED that it is not a valid email adress anymore!!!! This is so frustrating, I would atleast like my wedding contract to show I have my date reserved!!!

 

Also, its crazy to me that Royal has had there January 2011 prices up for the past couple of weeks and Real still does not have theres posted!

 

OK I think i have gotten all my venting out for now!
