Tan/white Suit

LOL I think that we can almost ALL say that!

I laughed at the "have your FI wear" part. I thought I'd have to pick out his outfit for him but he insisted he would dress himself and his boys. I've got to admit, he has good taste! He hated the look of linen suits, he said they were too casual. He ended up picking out a tan suit with a fine satin pin stripe from MEXX (it was on sale for $130!).

But, they can take off their jackets and they are wearing short sleeve white linen or cotton shirts underneath!

Does anyone know where you can find linen suits in the store at this time of year? The FI would prefer to try it on in the store than order it randomly online. You name it, we've stopped in there - Hugo Boss, Tommy Bahama, Nordstrom, Banana Republic, J Crew, JOS A Bank - and no one seems to have their selection out yet. We're hoping it comes before long b/c the clock is ticking!

My Fi is planning to wear blue seersucker for our wedding on the beach. It has grown on me and we were going for a 'different' look. I think it will look nice in the pictures as well.

Have you tried Men's Wearhouse? Not sure if they're in the stores yet, but they have the suit FI is wearing online (& on sale!).

I wore a diamond white suit with an ivory vest. Was going to go with black but the wifey didn't want it. Glad I went with this.
