Insanity is...well I hate it but I love the results!! I haven't dropped too much weight ,about 5 lbs, but am definatley down a size!!
My abs are getting firmer which is essential for the bikini. And Shaun T isn't too hard to look at. LOL!
I am going to start week 6 in JAn,I dont want to put my back out again. So until then I will do the "easier" insanity workouts.

Afrommert: My wedding is on the beach for ceremony, not sure yet for cocktails.Beach or plazahuh.gif Our reception is at Zoccalo plaza
Colors are shades of blue. BM dresses are sapphire blue, FI shirt is baby blue,
GM shirts are soft gold. My dress is a shimmery light gold.
My shoes are blue!! Ilove them I will take a pic and post (if I can figure it out)

I am also working on being a junior member so you will see alot more of me now smile123.gif

lolo - exactly how I feel, I hate it but love the results. I don't think I've enjoyed a workout LESS than I do Insanity. It is quick results though and my ab definition has NEVER come so quick so it's worth it (especially for the Boudoir photoshoot in 3 weeks) Doing P90X is so easy now compared to Insanity, I did an hour of plyo last night and barely sweat.

P90X.... unless you absolutely LOVE cardio, intense, sprint level cardio and no weights.

I recommend starting with something less intense,like px90,and build up to insanity.

I was also doing turbo jam before and that really helped build some cardio up.

Don't do insanity if you are not already doing a fitness routine! It will kill you:)

BUT it is effective if you do it!
