I have heard to check out the falls, both Dunns River and some of the other ones. There are rum factory tours, and nature things you can do like swimming with the dolphins and riding horses in the water. I think whichever hotel you pick they hopefully can guide you in the right direction as to what is nearby and then look it up from there maybe.

great thread! I am in the process of researching this as well! I know some guys want to go ATV'ing too. But Dunns for sure!

I would also recommend Mayfield Falls, the Black river tour (you see alligators!), definately the appleton rum tour, and use Clive's transportation to take you around - the drivers are really great as far as telling you all about the island and stopping at roadside stands for fruit as they take you to your destination
