thats really good news... to avoid the brokerage cost I will have to order it with my own courier or ship by air... I won't be doing that for a while though!

i am beginning to worry about the weight of everything we're bringing too!! i've already started to warn everyone that they're going to need to leave room. i think i finally realized how heavy everything is going to be though now that we have our centerpiece vases, the rocks going in them, as well as the sand and bottles for our sand ceremony. that's a lot of heavy stuff! thankfully all of the glass things can be wrapped in clothes and protected, but i will be a nervous wreck when i'm packing!! we may need to get another suitcase just to have enough room to take everything!

thanks for the compliments on the centrepieces ladies! I am making my life hassle-free... I was going to do a sand ceremony but now I don't know... might weigh too much! Only time will tell!

oh yeah, I never even thought of the sand weight too... I called sunwing vacations to see how much it would cost for an extra suitcase and they told me it will be $10/kg.. that's crazy expensive so I am going to have to start warning people (especially ones with little kids) to take big suitcases so I can give stuff to them to take..

Sunwing is really strict about the weight thing too... thats our operator as well!

Hey, do you guys think I should have #tables and namecards? We only have 35 (including us)... do I really have to choose where everyone sits?? can you tell I don't want to do this
