I found that really odd too, but everything worked out perfect! And I didn't get charged until check out, so that was really nice. That way if plans changed with the wedding or I added details or spa services it was just tacked on to that.

We arrive a day before you on June 8... ugh I can't wait! Are you having a civil or religious ceremony? We also chose the Tulum Gazebo and La Gran Tortuga for dinner. Still trying to figure out the whole photog situation... found out we can't bring in a local vendor... but are now wondering if we can bring a photog with us from WI... it's hard emailing Jazmin and Paloma... waiting for a response can feel like forever! What are you doing for photography?

Hey Dawn, so far so good, it hasn't been too stressful. Luckily we have a good TA and the wc Karla has been pretty prompt with answering questions. I haven't run into any glitches like some of the ladies on here, and lucky for us there are great tips on here.

 

I am wondering about the ipod set up though, since we were not going to have a DJ. Seems like that may be an issue.

How are things going for you??

Hey Lorina: My WC is Jazmin and we have been emailing back and forth a few times but my last email 3 weeks ago hasn't been answered yethuh.gif? I think I will just be patient as she has told other people to not email her until 3 months prior. I have alot of my questions answered so far as far as gazebo and dinner also we are having the poolside cocktail reception and are going with the DJ. After reading some of the problems with the renting of the sound system it seems rather odd that some girls are not having problems and some arehuh.gif? I hope you get this all figured out.
