Newbie headed to Mexico... with a lot left to do.

I'm Kelli and I thought a short engagement was a great idea. Now I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with so much to do with so little time. We're getting married February 19, 2010 in Todos Santos Mexico. I'm basically starting at square one and any advice is welcome.
