Hi Rachel Yes I agree with you . They keep saying every week that they will be getting it since October . They sent mine out already back in August but it was incorrect and it has taken this long to fix and I still haven't received it. It is ridiculous . I can't believe they lost your video .

A FEW MINOR SETBACKS BUT WE STILL MANAGED TO HAVE THE WEDDING OF OUR DREAMS! PROVO AIRPORT: VERY SMALL AIRPORT. THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS THAT THE RESORT BRINGS YOU TO THE DEPARTURE FLIGHT WAY TO EARLY. YOU LITERALLY SIT AT THE AIRPORT FOR HOURS WAITING FOR YOUR DEPARTURE FLIGHT WHEN YOU COULD BE ENJOYING A FEW MORE HOURS OF YOUR VACATION AT THE RESORT. ALSO GET READY TO WALK THE RUNWAY IT IS A LONG WALK TO THE ACTUALLY AIRPORT FROM THE RUNWAY. DO NOT BRING TOO MANY CARRY ON BAGS. ARRIVAL AT THE RESORT: WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE RESORT WE FOUND OUT THAT THE NOROVIRUS WAS GOING AROUND. JUST MY LUCK . I WAS SO SCARED TO TAKE A CRUISE BECAUSE OF NOROVIRUS AND I GOT IT ANYWAY LOL . WE WERE LUCKY NO ONE IN OUR PARTY REALLY GOT SICK BUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A DISASTER IF THEY DID BECAUSE WE HAVE A FEW PEOPLE WITH AUTOIMMUNE DISEASE.ANYWAY THEY SHUT DOWN THE RESORT THE DAY OF OUR WEDDING BUT WE WERE STILL ABLE TO HAVE IT. WE WERE ONE OF THE LAST PEOPLE AT THE RESORT BEFORE IT GOT SHUT DOWN. WE WERE NOT ABLE TO DO MANY OF ACTIVITIES AND THE FOOD WAS LIMITED. BUT WE STILL MANAGED TO HAVE A GREAT TIME. WE ALSO FOUND OUT THAT SOME PEOPLE WERE GETTING A FREE VACATION TO COME BACK NEXT YEAR BUT WE MISSED THE CUTOFF BECAUSE WE LEFT ON WEDNESDAY AND IT WAS ONLY FOR PEOPLE LEAVING THURSDAY OR LATER. I FEEL THAT WE SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN SOMETHING SINCE OUR HONEYMOON WAS LIMITED BUT ITS OK BECAUSE AT LEAST WE WERE ABLE TO HAVE A WEDDING SOME OTHER BRIDES WERE BEING SHIPPED TO JAMAICA OR POSTPONED. COULD HAVE BEEN ALOT WORSE.WE ORIGINALLY BOOKED THE FRENCH VILLAGE FOR OUR GROUP. WHEN WE GOT THERE THE RESORT WAS NICE. IF I HAD TO DO IT AGAIN I WOULD HAVE DEFINITELY DONE THE ITALIAN VILLAGE. MUCH NICER ROOMS. WE ACTUALLY TOLD THE DESK AT THE FRENCH VILLAGE THAT WE WERE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ROOMS AND THEY UPGRADED US NO CHARGE TO ITALIAN VILLAGE SUITE FOR OUR HONEYMOON . SCORE!!!! THE TOWN: WE WENT DOWNTOWN FOR A DAY AND IT WAS VERY NICE.TOOK A CAB IT WAS $7 A PERSON. LOTS OF UPSCALE SHOPPING. VERY FUN LOTS OF UNIQUE THINGS TO BRING BACK HOME!!!!!! THE FOOD: THE FOOD WAS NOT GREAT. THE ONLY THING GOOD WAS THE BREAKFAST AT MARIOS!!!!!!!!! I FILLED UP ON BREAKFAST EVERYDAY AND WAS GOOD WITH THAT! OUR WEDDING: OUR WEDDING WAS AMAZING!!!!! WE GOT MARRIED AT SUNSET. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE GREAT THING ABOUT THE NOROVIRUS WAS THE RESORT WAS DESOLATE NOT ALOT OF PEOPLE WALKING BY OR IN PICTURES WHICH WAS KIND OF A BLESSING LOL OUR DJ WAS AMAZING CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HIM. HE WAS YOUNG AND KNEW JUST THE RIGHT MUSIC TO PLAY. OUR MUSIC WAS FANTASTIC. SOME PEOPLE IN THE VILLAS BY OUR LOCATION WERE COMING OUT OF THERE ROOMS TO DANCE. OUR PHOTOGRAPHER WAS OK HE DID NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING WE WANTED HE KEPT SAYING " BE QUITE AND NOBODY GETS HURT" LOL I DIDN'T SAY A WORD AFTER THAT BUT THE PICTURES CAME OUT PRETTY GREAT. A COUPLE OF THINGS I WOULD HAVE LIKED HIM TO DO WAS TAKE PICTURES OF THE TABLE OR THE CEREMONY SITE WHICH HE DIDN'T DO BUT IT WAS OK BECAUSE MY VIDEO WAS ABLE TO CAPTURE IT. THE PASTOR WAS GOOD. THE CEREMONY WAS LITERALLY 10 MINS BUT IT WAS OK BECAUSE IT WAS SO HOT WE WERE ALL MELTING. THE WEATHER WAS BEAUTIFUL THAT DAY. Hey girls, This is for all the previous brides .... I got married on June 2 2012 at beaches turks and caicos and I still haven't heard from the person who is supposed to be sending me my wedding dvd. I have heard from snapshots who are doing revisions on my wedding album but i still haven't heard from the person with the dvd. Does anybody know any info about this or who to contact to find out the status of this? Thank You
