Hello Brides! I'm just starting to plan our destination wedding and our travel agent has recommended OB. From all of the threads, it appears some individuals are very happy, but some have encountered problems. Those of you who have your date booked, how has your planning been going the last few months? Would you recommend this location to other brides? For those of you who have been to this resort, is it more geared to family/couples then singles? Did you receive any complaints about the distance from the beach to the main lobby? Any details you can provide are always appreciated. Happy planning!

Hi Ladies, I'm getting the impression that most everyone has been satisfied with their experience at OB, true? This is one of our choices for a 2012 wedding, but I haven't looked at any packages yet. I found a link by scrolling through some of your post.....Thank you! For those of you who have been to this resort, did you have single friends with you and did they enjoy themselves? I keep hearing it is very family friendly, but I'm more worried about our single friends. I want to make sure the resort we choose will accommodate couples and singles. A few other questions: 1) Was the swim-up bar fun? 2) Was there music playing? 3) Did you receive a lot of complaints about the distance from the beach to the main lobby area? Happy Wedding Plan!
