Couldn't you get your future husband to have a word with her on the quiet to say that it was a kind offer but really you want to go with people you choose to go with but as soon as you find something, she will be the first to see it.

Here is what ended up happening to me when we had a similiar situation.

I ended up scheduling the time very last minute and actually went by myself. Not sure this would work for you but you could just let her know you are planning on going when the mood strikes and would rather not make an appointment time with her for fear of having to cancel. You could also just say that you really value her opinion but would rather just head down this road on your own.
