Rememberance Photo on Flowers

I have seen some beautiful bouquets with photos of passed loved ones attached. I think I would like to do the same. Where do I start? I know I need ribbon and a little frame... is that it I dont want it to fall off!

I want to do one with a picture of our daughters (he has one and I have one) since they will not be at our wedding. I think I might find stuff at a craft store to make it and save some $$. And, I don't want the ribbon to say "in remberence" as they are both still alive and kickin'!
